This three-story building consolidates all DOC operations.

1st floor spaces: a secure entry lobby; the Deputy Secretary of Corrections and associated staff; security office; community corrections, inspectors, press and legislative offices; legal / EEO compliance / professional responsibility; conference/lecture room; exercise room; and a loading dock servicing general storage and the mail room.

2nd floor spaces: education / record keeping; administration; planning and research; and other operations offices.

3rd floor spaces: Secretary of Corrections; support offices; large conference room and high-density file storage.

Each floor has its own conference and rest room facilities arrayed near the stair tower and main elevator.
