After a District-wide facility study was completed in 2006 and subsequently updated in 2009, the Board selected a scope of work for its grades 5 - 12 school.

Work items include the following:

New roof and selected window replacement. Repairs to exterior insulated finish system, including repair of face brick. Code improvements. New finishes for interior spaces, including reconditioned auditorium seats. New environmental systems, including high efficiency hot water boilers, gas-fired roof top units, new piping and unit ventilators and new controls. Expanded cafeteria and new fitness center additions. New lighting and electrical system. Improved storm water management, parking, drives and walks.
