The scope of work includes:
- A new athletic center with 1,230-seat gymnasium; fitness center and weight room; locker rooms, rest rooms and concessions
- Connecting bridge from the athletic center to the school
- Expansion of the kitchen to include a food court
- New band room
- Expanded science rooms, Tech Education area, and art room
- Renovated offices
- New windows
- Upgraded elevator in the Junior High wing and new elevator serving the Senior High wing
- Updated environmental, security and technology systems
- New interior finishes
The Junior High wing had its roof replaced in 2002 and the Senior High in 2008.
